The hotel had a few drawbacks like the lingering smell of smoke in the rooms and considerable dust on various items, giving off a somewhat unkempt feel. Additionally, disruptive noise from late-night activities affected the quality of sleep, and the bed size was smaller than expected. On the positive side, the staff was attentive and the location was excellent for easy access to the city center and nearby attractions.

The hotel had beautiful rooms, but heating was a bit difficult in the morning, which was unexpected for the price paid. The service was friendly and helpful overall, with fantastic customer service, but there were some cheeky accusations of smoking when we don't. Overall, a good stay with minor inconveniences.
